What do we expect from you?
Experience in sourcing & headhunting for NFT;
Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Pre-select potential candidates and conduct first-round interviews;
Constantly look for potential to improve our hiring process and try to find new recruiting channels;
Find creative solutions and ensure a great candidate experience;
Knowledge of the russian/Ukrainian language will be a big advantage;
Passion for crypto and blockchain technology.
What are you going to do?
Help us build an NFT project by managing a full-cycle recruiting process of artists, developers, and community managers;
Build up a pipeline of candidates using relevant sources like Twitter, Discord, and other projects’ websites;
Make sure every contact from candidates is handled timely, kindly and professionally;
Find the best talent for NFT – with exceptional technical skills and a passion for modern technologies.
